I can’t say enough great things about Tim and the team at Farm Bureau Insurance. After being dropped by my previous insurance provider of over 15 years for taking on too much commercial snow work, I was left scrambling to find coverage for my company, Elegant Greens Lawn Care & Snow Removal. Tim stepped up immediately and got me coverage within two weeks. From answering calls & texts on weekends and evenings, checking in just to see how things are going, and even coming out to my place of business to see our operation firsthand, I couldn’t be more thrilled to have changed over. His professionalism, personal touch, and genuine care for my business have been second to none. It’s rare to find someone who goes this far above and beyond for their clients.
